Cucumber Salad
2 large cucumbers, skin on, sliced thick
1/4 onion, sliced
1 c. vinegar
1 tbsp water
1 pkt Splenda (or use sugar)
1/2 tsp dry dill
pepper
garlic salt
Combine all together & let chill overnight for best flavor.
